An exotic chocolate fantasy

A mixture of cream and chocolate, this "ganache" is used to make sweet chocolates at 'La Maison du Chocolat' in Paris. There the creative director's specialty is making spicy chocolate, inspired by a tradition of the Aztecs of Latin America.
