Under the state of law and equality, some want to remove us from the house where I have been living with my family and my late father since 1960. Now I am 80. I suffer from some diseases. But despite all this, the ministry of state properties and real estate affairs refused selling the house which was originally in the property of French foreigners after it has bought it from them. Then it succeeded in issuing a court order not associated with law. They have used threats against me and my family, using ways which a human is ashamed to say in order to remove us from our only house in sight of all authorities without mercy or compassion in my age, chronic health condition or my financial situation which was exploited the opportunistic scheme. Therefore, I address this letter which I hope will be seriously considered to save me and my family from the injustice. To inform you about the injustice, oppression and abuses against me and against my family to remove our house finally without taking into consideration the effects of such abuses on my health and my humble condition. This is called a violation of human rights with the practices of obscurantists who belong to the Tunisian administration. Thank you for your consideration.
