Parents of French woman jailed in Mexico turn to Sarkozy
The parents of Florence Cassez, a French woman convicted of kidnapping in Mexico, met the French president on Wednesday to ask for his assistance in proving her innocence. (Story: France 2 - J. Jackson)
The parents of a French woman jailed in Mexico insist she is innocent. Florence Cassez recently received a 96-year jail sentence for her role in 4 kidnappings.
She says she is innocent and knew nothing of what her former fiancé, an alleged gang leader, was up to. Her parents met with the French president at the Elysée Palace on Wednesday to ask him to step in.

One of the victims that was kidnapped by this gang just spoke up and alleged that she threatened to cut a finger or an ear....that he had to pick one....she must pay for these wrongdoings....she thinks that just because she is French she was going to be able to clear herself....Good job Mexico, let her rot in prison!

i think mexican justice is fair becouse when this french woman was with this guy she knows whats going. Now she acting like innocent. Leave in jail for the rest of her life or go to france Kidnapping people there - french people not to trust
