Woody Allen is using the Cannes Film Festival to debut his latest comedy, “Vicky Cristina Barcelona,” which stars Javier Bardem, Scarlett Johansson and Penelope Cruz. The film is not part of the Cannes competition. The broadcast includes clips from the movie.
