Jennifer Lynch in her father's footsteps

Latest update : 2008-05-24

Today: see our interview with Jennifer Lynch, promoting her new film “Surveillance” at Cannes. Atom Egoyan answers Elizabeth Tchoungui’s questions and “Cannes by Night” parties around the world. Watch the programme here.

Today’s "The Cannes Reports" sees director Jennifer Lynch presenting her latest film "Surveillance".  This out of competition movie follows two FBI agents who arrive in a small town to crack a murder case but get caught up in a web of local people’s lies.

Also on the programme is an extract from Atom Egoyan's film "Adoration" which retraces the story of a young boy who invents an Islamist father and decides to share the experience on the internet.  Egoyan speaks to our presenter Elizabeth Tchoungui.

Last but not least, "Cannes by Night" takes off around the world to show how Cannes fans party in India, Brazil and Egypt, amongst other hotspots.
