ZANU armed wing still in control of Zimbabwe

Since Zimbabwe was created out of Rhodesia the former guerilla army of ZANU have always been in control, under their front man Robert Mugabe. To think otherwise is to delude yourself that democracy was ever present in Zimbabwe at all. The point is, how can Zimbabwe get rid of this guerilla band of former terrorists and return to democracy? Until the so-called Zimbabwean army is removed, democracy cann ot be established. So, it looks like another job for the African Union to handle.
