Africa´s Dilemma
It is sad that Africa is always on the receiving end. Such a rich and blessed continent - yet it is not allowed to enjoy stability and peace. The finger has to be pointed at the greedy west. Nkunda is a non-entity. Look at him and you know he does not even have any money or food to eat. Nkunda is simply being used by those who need DRC´s coltan for their celphone/ computer manufacturing businesses. The world knows this very well. You can deceive some people sometimes but never all the people all the time. The west has played this trick many times and we know even before it starts.
If the war in the DRC was being fought in Iraq, Georgia, Poland, Mexico or some other place like that by now the world would have mobilized to go and pump sense in the thin head of Nkunda. Because it is Africa and because the war is sanctioned by the west in order to confuse the world and in the confusion collect diamonds, coltan and other minerals. We know all this.
And why is the UN Secretary General simply talking and not acting in the most firm manner? What will Obasanjo do in DRC? This is simply delaying tactics. We know that the UN Secretary General´s hands are tied. He cannnot be allowed to act firmly before the powerful guys achieve their objective in DRC.
And the African Union - why are you seating idle in Addis? What is your role? Why in the first place do you exist when you can´t solve even the simplest African problem? Zimbabwe, Darfur, DRC, Somalia, South Africa etc - you can´t do anything. Then whey are you there at all. Why don´t you disband and go home. Why waste people´s time in believing there is one AU in Africa? Nonsense! And you allow all these greedy western megalomaniacs do whatever they want to do in your backyard? Africans - grow up and stand up as men!
