what part of NO does mr barroso not understand? the people of Ireland said NO to lisbon in the referendum-the only people to have a referendum as required under the Constitution of Ireland ;back to the drawing board messrs barroso,sarkozy und frau merkel; the people of Ireland will never entertain the idea of a "european army" no matter what name is put on it .President Sarkozy is open and honest in that he has admitted this is what he wants-but Ireland will not be there ; its in our Constitution;Ireland is a neutral country.
