It has been reported by a Reuters witness in Tskhinvali that indeed, Georgian forces have not completely withdrawn and that they continue to bombard South Ossetia. This is in the face of Georgia's claims (since 2 days ago) that they have completely withdrawn from South Ossetia. It seems to have escaped everyone's notice that Georgia is lying about its own actions. While other world leaders apply pressure on Russia to cease hostilities, Georgia is allowed to continue committing the war crimes that led to Russia's intervention. Perhaps Georgia should put its money where its mouth is, and actually pull out of South Ossetia; Russia may then cease hostilities as well.
