Richard Perle, also former chairman of the Defense Policy Board Advisory Committee under George W. Bush and now a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, gave us his view of the war in the Caucasus.

Sanke and Perle interview

I just finished listening to Andrea Sanke's interview with Richard Perle. It was most interesting and enlightening. In just a few minutes Mr. Perle, in his calm, knowledgeable and logical manner explained the true situation re: Russia's invasion of Georgia, in spite of Andrea's confrontational, hard voice and demeanor. I remember being favorably impressed with Mr. Perle when he was in President Reagan's administration. Thanks France 24 for having him as a guest.
