The gringos (and europeans) must stop consuming drugs, either legalising them or simply putting all of THEIR dealers in prison. Preferably permanently. IN Mexico, the narcotraffickers and kidnappers must be taken out through infiltration. The Mexican government protects some of these criminals. All should be put to death swiftly, using tactical means typical of Mossad or other agencies. Sad, but necessary.
