Probable Canadian election

I'm surprised there is not more coverage of the Canadian situation on a French-based news channel.

Canada is a key member state of virtually all leading international organisations. There should be more awareness outside North America of developments there. Britain is particularly guilty, I'm sad to say. It appears there is no permanent BBC correspondent in Canada, though there are about half-a-dozen spread through the US.
