Who cares who the father is? It is no longer an embarrassment to be pregnant without a spouse, thank goodness! As long as she can care for the child and it is healthy, that is all that matters.

I was under the impression that Europeans were not concerned that a story like this would be newsworthy. It would be newsworthy in the US and apparently Europeans do care about the private lives of their politicians.
