Let me help with what can be a very confusing subject. A Christian is someone who has asked Jesus into their lives to be their Lord and Saviour. In response to the call to believe and be baptised they follow the teachings of the Bible. I suggest anyone who reads this to buy a bible. Pray to God the Father for understanding. Perhaps start by reading Luke , followed by The Acts of the Apostles. Then see what happens as God works wonders and miracles in YOUR life...I will pray for France....

"

I think it's absolute nonsense for a person of one religion to observe rituals of another. No Muslim can be good Muslim observing Christian holidays, and no Christian can call himself Christian having observed Muslim holidays. If one wants to please his girlfriend by becoming a Muslim, he must quit his Christian Church, period. And vice versa. Islam is islam, Christianity is Christianity and they will never get together.

What about Lent ?
Crazy !!! Why should those Christians observe Ramadan when they don't even respect Lent themselves ??? This is ridiculous !

I completely agree with Serge, France was a Christian country, but it is now turning into a North African province.
