Obama – a ray of hope

 

On FRANCE 24's culture magazine with Elisabeth Tchoungui, soprano Barbara Hendricks said Obama’s candidacy to the White House was “a bright light”. For Hendricks, “Obama is someone who is inspiring hope “. She said that Obama’s election to the White House would “change the way Americans see themselves, African-Americans see themselves and the way the world sees America.”
