Woman dies after self-immolation protest against deportation

come on

It is no doubt a shame that such a tragedy occured, but it isn't fair to say that a whole policy must be changed, or even re-examined, because of a single incident. The policy itself is, to my mind, absolutely fair. A government has every right to control the inflow of immigrants, and to impose such laws that would dissuade unlawful immigration in the future. This is exactly what the French government is doing, and what it, and any other state, should continue on doing. If you don't want to be deported then don't come to a country illegally in the first place. But if you do, at least be smart enough to abide the law? I mean, come on.

Illegal Immigration

I am a new immigrant in France, and I want the French public to know that it isnt fair for myself and other people who follow the immigration laws of France to go through the process and "those without papers" do not,"Those without papers"is not acurate, they should be reffered to as "Those who broke in illegally"
You cannot have equality when different people are subject to different rules, that is what started the revolution
