Serge Sarkissian is the current President of Armenia. He won the February 2008 presidential election with the backing of the conservative Republican Party of Armenia, a party in which he serves as chairman and took office in April 2008.

Serj Sarkisyan is guilty of demolishing thousands of civil people in Azerbaijani province of Karabakh, he is one of the organizers of the genocide in Azerbaijani city of Khojali, when more than 9000 civilians were bruitually killed bu troops headed by then military commander Sarkisyan.
