God bless America

America came of age when it voted for Barack Obama

The years of pent up feelings of despair bf the Afro-Americans from the era of the American Civil War came to an end on November 4, 2008. Afro-Americans have left behind Uncle Tom's Cabin and taken the White House not by violence, but by the an election. Indeed American has come into the 21st century.via the Ballot Box and that speaks volumes for democracy.

Now all Americans can really call the U.S.A. home without rancour, because they have put their faith in democracy, freedom and justice. It should have been a day when all the church bells rang out to usher in a New Birth of Freedom, such as never before seen in American history. God Bless America!
