Socialist party leadership contest bubbling up nicely
Defeated presidential candidate Ségolène Royal had put her candidacy "in the fridge", then declared social democracy to be past its "best before" date. Now it looks like Royal is coming out of the cold and into the fire.
FRANCE 24 French politics editor David Crossan is joined in the studio by Patrick Jarreau, deputy editor of Le Monde newspaper; Bruno Jeanbart, director of polling for OpinionWay polling institute; and Gaëtan Gorce, Socialist MP and supporter of former presidential candidate Ségolène Royal, to discuss the Socialist party leadership battle.

Cant see socialism dying in france ,a society founded on the pinciples of liberty equality fraternity,infighting within only panders to the elitist ,whose agenda is divisions within society.a house divide against itself will fall.simple philosophy handed down for centuries.ie christains bible.
