What Mr. Klaus Schidf-Hebbel don't said is that the worsent of the global economic, is due to the " Monopolization of currency, in frank violation of the basic rule of capitalism that is diversification of portafolio.Now we have to pay the consecuences of the mistake, " Dollarization, Euro,and Ruble."
