That will help, We will need plenty of extra oil for all those workers to comute to their jobs. And even more oil to be used as asphalt to pave all those old roads ( plus all the new one we will need for population growth) . And EVEN more and more oil to grow ( for fertilizer) all the food for the many new workers to eat. And even more oil for all the illegals that will come to the USA to do the work Americans don't want to do, like road work, farming, and more.
What do we REALLY need ???
Manufacturing JOBS that create something of wealth for EXPORT, that crates some REAL wealth to any nation.
IMPORTING MONEY ( debt) from China or Japan or others, to be used for infrastructure materials. oil and labor, only puts Americans in more debt !!
