Well. It certainly sounds like something Betancourt would advocate for, although I find it really difficult to fathom the idea because ultimately it does look and sound like an award. Is this part of the small steps society, particularly France, is taking to change the psyche of the guerillas? I simply cannot buy into it. I hope the man taking "refuge" in France is going to also receive some sort of therapy. I certainly would not like to be his neighbor.

I wonder why the french version of this article doesnt say that he will get 1,600 euroes a month?
and why arent the french screaming about this? he will get more than a family of 5 gets from the state,and all for holding hostages...thats good business !
p.s I also wonder if i will be censored again lol
