Who will stop Amaury Leveaux? The new record holder in 50m freestyle shortcourse has set another world record in the 100m race at the European championships in Rijeka, Croatia, beating Alain Bernard's previous record by 0.57 sec.

AFP - France's Amaury Leveaux broke the men's 100m world record with 45.12sec in winning his semi-final at the European shortcourse championships here on Friday.
   
Leveaux beat the old mark of 45.69sec set by Olympic 100m champion Alain Bernard of France five days ago in Angers, France. On Thursday, Leveaux had also set a new 50m freestyle world record of 20.48sec.
