Norway's Moan claims second season win in Nordic combined

Norway's Magnus Moan won the seventh event of the Nordic combined World Cup race in Germany, his second victory this season. Finland's Anssi Koivuranta held on to the lead in the overall standings, thanks to victory in the ski-jump event.

AFP - Magnus Moan of Norway won the nordic combined World Cup race here on Saturday for his second win of the season.
  
Moan took full points ahead of Finland's Anssi Koivuranta, who topped the ski-jump section, and Todd Lodwick of the United States, who reached the podium for the first time in two-and-a-half years.
  
Koivuranta maintained his lead in the overall standings.
