Media reaction across the Middle East to Israel's incursion was almost as swift as the firestorm raining down on Gaza.
The Jerusalem Post's front page was typical of many. Its editorial, sympathetic to the plight of Israelis, says the ground invasion was the last resort of a government which tried in vain to find other solutions.
