Most nations have opted for Kenya to try the pirates, which is what the US is doing with the pirate they recently captured. France however opts to try them in their own courts, I believe.

What will they do with pirates once they capture them?? We all know that there are no binding rules and besides, no state is will to take the responsibility of prosecuting these criminals.
