Glad to hear it! This is an exciting change for countries outside the "Washington Consensus". OPEC had a chance in the 70's do to some real damage to the U.S. economy and break its stranglehold on economic power, but they didn't go nearly far enough.
I don't know if this is a similarly crucial moment, but if both ALBA and OPEC move away from holding dollars in reserve, this will deplete the economic reach of both the U.S. and China, and make more room for southern-hemisphere countries on the world stage.
