Deadly like Mexican-flu.

Sixty years ago it was possible to limit the influence of these maniacs because they had very few means with which to easily travel en mass throughout the land, and had very limited means with which to propagate their agenda. But, as of today: Roads, bridges, the Internet for communication to those who may be persuaded and/or already insinuated into the west's commercial and educational establishments, electronic money transfers, etc., and intercontinental air travel, they are as next-day-delivery as a swine-flu pandemic out of Mexico. And equally deadly. Pakistan needs to get a grip on this existential threat, or the west, which is bankrolling Pakistan, will do it for them.
