Time for independence

Helen Zille has to proclaim independence from South Africa, the constitution of south africa allows it and so does the UN. The western cape would become one of the top ten wealthy countries in the world and would be finally free from the single party republic that is the RSA and free from the corruption and incompetence of Zuma and the ANC...
