Biden continues to run off with diarrhoea of the mouth! The USA can barely protect its interests in Iraq, Afghanistan, & Pakistan - does he seriously think its in a position to get involved in a former Soviet territrory as well?
Its non of our business - anymore than what goes on in Mexico is Russia's business
