Raphael Kahane met the man in charge of French operations at computer networking specialist Cisco, Laurent Blanchard. He is also Vice President at Cisco Europe.

 

 As opposed to most of its competitors in the IT business, Cisco has managed to avoid large-scale layoffs so far.
