Arms trading is rife with incentives, and does provide jobs to countries such as France. However, it is usually not expected by the nearest and dearest of French contract operatives, that French lives must be forfeit to the pique of disgruntled intermediaries.
You are living in cuckoo land if you think defense deals are straight forward,anyway it creates jobs .so whats wrong with that,just accept it ,thats life..ps but there is a limit to what ones sells. ie technology that is.
