President Zelaya detained by army ahead of vote on constitution
EU foreign ministers condemned what they called the "military coup" against President Manuel Zelaya of Honduras. Zelaya was arrested by army troops ahead of a controversial constitutional referendum on whether to allow him to run for re-election.
