its always about the west isnt it, its always some one threatening the west, its always secret enemies and other B.S. NOBODY ELSE HAS A RIGHT TO DO ANYTHING !?_ only the west can try missiles only the west can research technologies only the west has a right to eat bagels.
WELL HERE'S A PROOF THAT THE WEST IS NOT THE ONLY GAMER HERE.

the far eastern countries were there long before west and they will be there long after the west has gone.

Where / how did N.Korea get the technology from originally ? another rogue state called USSR under Joe 1, who had he lived was threatening the same against the West.
