Mediterranean Union: Altogether disappointing?
One year on, what has become of the Union for the Mediterranean, the successor to the Barcelona Process that was launched amid great diplomatic fanfare by President Nicolas Sarkozy at the start of France's presidency of the European Union?

What another union? we have spain,france ,italy ,greece,turkey,irsael ,morrooc,libya,,algeria,egypt,all mediterrenan countries,then we have the european union,then we the mid east,then we the west,then we have east,then we have russia,then we have the united nations,and the end results ,well leave you people to figure out the answer ,just talking shops ,no substance.
