Carbon tax or "Rocard" tax

This tax should be renamed "Rocard tax". First the right government was really clever to put a socialist at the head of this tax commition. Christine Lagarde (France Inter today) always start her sentence with : "Mr Rocard has ...". But she also said that this tax will be redistribute (she is not really sure how to do that ) and then the sentence become : "Mr Sarkozy will". Very very clever. An elegante way to take to the poor and give to the rich. Well the french government want to help his auto industry and penalize individuals who buy car...
What about better and cheaper public transport ?

"This tax has to change behaviour but it must not bleed people to death."..........oh really, do tell, when there is a bus or public transport here in the countryside to get me to my job FINE, this is just another tax on the countryside and those of us who rely on our vehicles to work, pay taxes and keep these idiots in the city in jobs.
If any of these imbiciles lived in the real world things would be easier, however i do not have a chauffeur or a vehicle payed out of the public purse.....Keep going Gents, watch the economy in France go into meltdown!!
