Kagame and Kabila needs to solve peaceful this crisis before killing innocent people.Kagame finally agreed to meet Kabila pressured by the Clintons (Bill and Hillary). Thanks to Barack Obama for your new policy regarding Africa. Kagame for the sake of peace and security in the Great Lakes region of Africa needs to negociate with his opposition as Kabila did for the CNDP. Kagame you have to negociate whith your opposition for security in Eastern Congo. For Congolese, how do you know Kagame is telling you the truth?

I salute the two head of states for such a diplomatic move which will help consolidate peace in the East of Congo. however, Rwanda has to resolve its internal issues between various parties which stand along tribal lines. there has to be a national dialogue and true reconciliation process between the Hutus and the Tutsis. for so long the DRC has been victim of Rwandan exported conflicts in its territory. the government of Rwanda must make paragidm shift in terms of how it governs the country, creating a post-genocidal mindset. The gachacha tribunal process has been a failure, there has to be fair justice and true democracy must be ushered in the country. we do not know where the Hutu demobilised forces have gone for instance.
but again all the same I think it is a great progress towards bringing peace and stability in the region. hope that there will not be a sense of hypocrsity in this new diplomatic ties
