Stop to see racism everywhere. Does it will be the same mess if the black man was remove by an asian to sold product in asia, or if the white woman was remove by black woman to sold product in Africa ? It's all about how to target costumer.... Do you really think that Microsoft, that employe a tremendous amount of people all over the world regardless the color, the religion, etc is racism ? Come on guy !

Maybe if large corporations start spreading diversity in advertising we really can change the world. Of course you can't keep the masses subservient if they start to get comfortable with each other. Somebody has to be the underclass so big business will have large pool of cheap (slave) labor.If I know and respect my neighbor then I will try to protect them whn they're beng mistreated.
