This company is doomed to fail.Even here in Kenya they tread workers like animals.Their obsession with profits must go in line with the needs and rights of workers.Here in Kenya they pay workers peanuts. The local management have no clear policies that can propel the company to greater heights,they are all confused. They are racists of the worst order. My free advise to them is that let them copy the way Vadafone is managing itself. It is highly organised,staff are well treated and recognised for their input into the company and they are rewarded for their good work. They have brought in managers who are passed the retirement age here in kenya. What can such a senile person contribute to to the growth of the company. A local company safaricom/Vodafone is doing so well and there is no time TelkomKenya which was bought by France telcom will march it. Change your way of behaviour and management tactics.
