You have to present a lot more genuine footage before you can mount any kind of argument i think. The person he was speaking to did not seem to be reacting in any negative way. It is interesting that a partially overheard conversation could cause "outrage" as everyone knows gossiping and snooping in other people's conversations is bound to lead to misinterpretation and overreaction.
