Well done Hugo! President Hugo Chavez is doing something that Western leaders in their self-righteous moral indulging high ground couldn't bring themselves to do but should have done. It is a about time these nations with so much in common (hatred for the Americans for example) start recognizing one another and begin to do something between themselves and for themselves.
