The centre left newspaper Libération reports about the former French President Jacques Chirac.

He is at the heart of a corruption case that dates back to when he was the mayor of Paris, in the 80s and 90s.

He alledgedly created fake jobs at the city hall and employed around 40 acquaintances or friends, for work they reportedly never carried out.

We also look at the profit made by pharmaceutical companies, following H1N1 flu outbreaks.

And the catholic newspaper La Croix, pays tribute to the 60th anniversary of the charity Emmaüs.

Le Figaro writes about the “car of the future”, and finally Le Parisien suggests a week-end in the South of France for All Saints day.
