In today’s French press review, we look back at the adventures of Claude Lévi Strauss. The well-known anthropologist passed away at 100 years old.
Most French newspapers pay a tribute to Claude Lévi Strauss, a well-known French intellectual who died over the week-end.
He is described as “the thinker of lost worlds”, by the newspaper Libération.
It dedicated thirteen pages on the anthropologist, who studied the customs and myths in remote areas of the world.
In other news, France Soir reports about Raymond Germanos. The former French Army General is accused of downloading around 3,000 pornographic photos and videos of children as young as six months old.
Meanwhile, Le Figaro published a survey, rating the popularity of former French Presidents. And finally, Le Parisien reveals a new, non-painful way to treat tooth decay.
