HSBC Scandle

Assuming what we here is true, then anyone that uses stolen information or handles stolen files which may contain account information of innocent deposit holders should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of Swiss law! The Swiss should file charges against EVERY French official or agency the holds or conceals the location of the thief and ALL prosecuted ass accessories to a major banking crime.
