One of the most remote Christian communities in India lives behind these mountains. We are in Leh, at an altitude of 4,000 metres. Here, amongst Buddhist monasteries and mosques, 200 Christians celebrate Christmas. Their church- which has existed for 125 years- is the oldest in the Himalayas. The 23 Christian families of Leh have always been able to peacefully practice their faith.
