civil disobedience
There is such a thing as civil disobedience, obviously Hartmann found something in the documents which
she meant was in our, us the people, interest to know. And when it comes to war criminals nothing should be sacred, everything they have done must be disclosed. This has raised serious doubt about the Hague. It seems to be more concerned with politics than justice.
