Apple reported a blowout fiscal first quarter on Tuesday with sales of $26.7 billion, up 70% and earnings of $6 billion, a 77% increase. But the strong results were overshadowed by the announcement that Chief Executive Steve Jobs would take another medical leave due to health reasons. Can Apple remain at the top without Jobs?
