Climate Change

"...Are freak weather spells the direct consequence of climate change?..."

It is a forecast of the nightmare to come. Climate Change does not happen like switching on a lightbulb, it#s a slow process. But from growing Petunias in Iceland to the growing of the deserts with millions of people (and animals) dying for the lack of water like in Kenia - all these are wakeup-calls for mankind. Or: SHOULD BE!

It reminds me of the old fight between Darwin and the Church. Some day mankind knows better, but then the nightingale already has sung.

If you are in doubt wether your carbrakes do work properly, you rather drive carefull, don't you? So why still ask these questions? Because a nut like Chrichton wrote a novel that Bush loved? Is that a goog enough reason to risk the live of your grand-grand-grandkids?
