More question marks today over the war in Afghanistan following Monday's audacious attack on the centre of Kabul by a group of Taliban gunmen. The insurgents may have failed in their apparent intention to seize control of government buildings but they once again demonstrated the Taleban's ability to penetrate the tightest security cordons.
