An international summit gets underway in Montreal today, with aim to search for ways to rebuild Haiti in the wake of this months earthquake. The United States, France and Brazil are among the many countries attending the meeting, which will also be joined by the IMF, the World Bank and the European Union.

I would like to see international efforts to take charge to rebuild Haiti because Haitian officials will not be honest with the money. This is just my oppinion as a Haitian American.

France should retuned the 23 billions dollars paid to the French government by the Haitian people.
Haiti was penalized because it freed himself from the French slave owners. That was unique in world history.
